All services are subject to the Aurora Computers pricing structure, not only are we extremely competitively priced but we are local and communicate with you.

We understand the importance of having complete support when your PC is being repaired by Aurora Computers. If you want an update on the status of your computer repair please call us on 01937 586888 and we would be more than happy to speak to you.

Customer service is of paramount priority at Aurora Computers.

Pricing

  • We do not charge a call out fee on our mobile repairs service but our labour charges are effective as soon as an engineer is on your property.
  • We will give a free quote though this may be over the phone we will not come to your residence and provide a free quote unless otherwise stated by a member of staff with the authorisation to do so.
  • Verbal quotes are an estimation rather than a guarantee, we will be more than happy to provide a written quote at no extra fee.
  • Our Lowest Price Guarantee is simple : if you find a like-for-like competitor price for service/support that’'s lower than ours, we’'ll beat it by 10% in the first instance and match it thereafter. (We will beat any comparable price presented to us before work is undertook, by 10% in the first instance and match it thereafter. Price comparisons are for the total bill charge and where applicable, include VAT.)
  • The price charged is subject to a regular competitor review.

    Timescale

  • We will always seek to repair and return a system to our customers in the quickest time quality allows, we know that time and money are always a factor and will always seek to carry out a professional repair as quick and cost effective as possible.

    Misc

  • Aurora Computers take a strong line on illegal indecent content and ALL INSTANCES will be reported to the police with a FULL REPORT.
